With a focus on functional training, mindset, and balanced nutrition education, she leads Grit + Grace with the belief that fitness should enhance your life — not control it.

Coach | Functional Training/Strength Coach

Kim supports clients through flexible macro partnered with strength coaching, helping them learn how to fuel their bodies without restriction. Known for a supportive and realistic coaching style, she empowers clients to build food confidence and consistency.
